Gloway Product Warranty Service Terms
Dear Customers,
Thank you for trusting and choosing Gloway products. We always prioritize your rights and interests and provide you with comprehensive and considerate service guarantees. During use, if you encounter any problems or need assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team through the following methods. We promise to solve your problems with the fastest response speed and professional service attitude.
Gloway strictly complies with relevant national quality laws and regulations as well as consumer rights protection provisions, adheres to the service concept of "Customer First", and provides you with a sound after-sales service experience. The detailed warranty terms are as follows, and we recommend you read them carefully to fully understand your rights:
I. Warranty Scope
All Gloway products have undergone complete testing, and the quality of raw materials and manufacturing processes are strictly controlled during the production process. Subject to the following terms and restrictions, Gloway will provide repair or replacement services for any product failures caused by material defects or process issues.
II. Warranty Period
Gloway officially provides limited warranty services for its memory products within the product life cycle. If it is proven that product defects are caused by process or material issues within the product life cycle, the official will provide lifelong repair services. Meanwhile, please note the following terms and restrictions:

【1】Product life cycle, also known as "commodity life cycle", refers to the process from when a product is ready to enter the market until it is eliminated and withdrawn from the market.
【2】The official only provides product repair services; stored data is not covered by the warranty. Please back up your important data. The after-sales replacement service provided by the official does not include data recovery services, and the official shall not be liable for losses caused by data loss.
【3】The above free warranty services only apply to failures or abnormalities caused by non-human factors. If the damaged components of the product have been discontinued and no corresponding components can be found in the market, Gloway will replace them with products of the same specification, upgrade to products with higher frequency, or upgrade to products with the next-generation interface. The timings may not be exactly the same, and the returned products after replacement shall be owned by Gloway official.
Examples:1. The Samsung chip 8G 3200 product may be replaced with an 8G 3200 or 8G 3600 product.
2. If a discontinued product cannot be repaired, Gloway will negotiate with the customer to replace it with another product.
【4】For products in the Selected Chip Series, Gloway does not commit to locking the brand of the chip manufacturer for repair.
【5】The SN label on the product body is the official genuine product mark and the after-sales mark. Please do not tear it off to ensure your after-sales rights; no warranty service will be provided if it is torn off.
【6】If the laws or regulations of a specific country/region require specific terms of guarantee for the product, Gloway will provide warranty services for local consumers in that country/region in accordance with such laws or regulations.
III. Warranty Service Content
1.The warranty service only applies to brand-new products purchased from Gloway-authorized distribution channels. This warranty does not apply to products purchased through second-hand resale or unauthorized distribution channels.
2.For customers who purchased the product online: Please contact the customer service of the original purchasing platform to discuss the after-sales process and present your purchase proof. Properly package the product, enclose your delivery address and contact information, and send it to the Guangwei After-Sales Center. After receiving the returned product for repair, Guangwei will verify the extent of internal and external damage to the product, then repair and ship it back as soon as possible to minimize inconvenience to the customer. The customer shall bear the shipping and insurance costs of the product.
For customers who purchased the product offline: Please call the official 400 hotline (listed on the official website) to handle after-sales matters. You are also required to present the original purchase proof.
3.Gloway may provide users with spare products in stock to replace defective products instead of repairing the products. After replacement, Gloway has the right to handle the defective products sent back by users for after-sales service at its own discretion. Therefore, under such circumstances, the repaired product you receive may not be the original product you sent.
IV. Non-Warranty Scope
The following situations are not covered by the free warranty service:
1. Man-made modification of product SPD information, resulting in changes to product parameters, abnormal performance, or damage;
2. Failures caused by failure to use the product in accordance with the operation manual or failure to maintain it as instructed in the instruction manual;
3.Damage caused by force majeure factors (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, etc.);
4. Man-made intentional damage (such as tapping, breaking, hitting hard, etc.) or negligence (such as loss, improper storage, etc.);
5. Damage caused by unauthorized installation, attachment, expansion, modification, repair, or disassembly;
6. Any failures that cannot be detected by the official in accordance with the normal testing process;
7. Damage caused by physical, electronic, and electromagnetic interference, unstable power supply, misuse, lightning, or static electricity;
8. Damage caused by exposure to improper environments (high temperature, high humidity, etc.);
9. Damage caused by improper transportation and packaging during the process of sending the product for repair;
10. Failures of the product caused by using it for R&D purposes or professional testing;
11. Product appearance damage, missing labels, damaged board corners, damaged gold fingers, man-made painting, or tearing;
12. Products purchased through non-legally authorized Gloway distribution channels, second-hand resale channels, or resold products that violate the import and export regulations of various countries.
V. Data and Disclaimer
Gloway is only responsible for product repair and inspection and does not provide data recovery and backup services. Gloway shall not be liable for any data loss caused by any factors or any resulting profit losses, expected cost losses, accidental losses, or consequential losses. The product is not recommended for use in high-precision or safety-critical fields such as life support machines, medical equipment, military equipment, and aviation systems.
VI. Product Change and Discontinuation Notice
When Gloway makes major changes to a product or discontinues it, it shall notify customers three months in advance. Customers may continue to place orders before the product termination date, and no orders will be accepted after the termination date.
VII. Other Terms
Gloway may update these warranty terms from time to time, and the latest content published on the official website shall prevail.
If the laws of a specific country/region require specific guarantees, Gloway will provide warranty services in accordance with local laws.
